About 111 Sutter

111 Sutter Street, also known as the Hunter Dulin Building, is part of a small and prestigious group of historical buildings in San Francisco. Built in 1927, it models French Romanesque architecture through its grand entryway arches, distinct carvings and vaulted lobby. From 1927 to 1942, the National Broadcast Company used 111 Sutter as their West Coast headquarters and housed the fictional office of Sam Spade in the renowned picture ?The Maltese Falcon.?

Today, this historic landmark provides both small and large businesses a first class and full services business environment directly in the heart of San Francisco?s Financial District.

111 Sutter was registered to the National Register of Historic Places on April 17, 1997.
